Welcome to Audacious (audaciouseg.store). By accessing or placing an order on this site, you agree to the following terms.

1. General
Audacious is an Egypt-based streetwear brand. All products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

2. Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display product colors, fit, and descriptions accurately. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing. All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without prior notice; the price charged is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

3. Orders & Payment
Orders can be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) or credit card. By placing an order via Cash on Delivery, you agree to be present to receive and pay for your order upon delivery. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in future orders being restricted to prepaid payment only.

4. Shipping

5. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Audacious is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
