Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

The return request must be submitted within this period. Requests submitted after the applicable return period may not be accepted, except where the product is defective or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

• Be in its original condition.
• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
• Be free from stains, damage, odours, or signs of wear.
• Have all original tags and labels attached.
• Be returned with its original packaging where reasonably applicable.
• Be accompanied by the order number or another valid proof of purchase.

Trying on an item for size is acceptable, provided that the item remains clean, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the product ordered.

Where a product is defective or does not conform to the agreed specifications, you may be entitled to request an exchange, return, or refund within 30 days of receiving the product, subject to applicable Egyptian consumer protection law.

We may request clear photographs or additional information to assess the issue and arrange the appropriate solution.

Return and Exchange Costs

Return and exchange delivery costs are determined according to the reason for the request and the requirements of applicable law.

• If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, Audacious will bear the reasonable return or exchange delivery cost.
• If the return or exchange is requested because of a change of preference, size selection, or another customer-related reason, any applicable delivery cost will be confirmed before arranging the return.
• No return or exchange charge will be imposed where applicable Egyptian law requires the request to be processed without expense to the customer.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, contact us using the email address or telephone number listed below and provide:

• Your full name.
• Your order number.
• The name and size of the item.
• The reason for the return or exchange.
• Clear photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from Audacious. Unauthorised returns may experience processing delays.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product, colour, and size availability at the time the returned item is received and inspected.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative item or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.

Return Inspection

All returned items will be inspected after they are received. We will notify you whether the return has been accepted or whether additional information is required.

Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, customer-caused damage, staining, or alteration may not qualify for return, except where rejection would conflict with your rights under applicable law.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be initiated using the original payment method whenever possible.

If the original payment method cannot be used, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative refund method.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

A return may be refused where permitted by applicable law, including where:

• The product has been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• The condition of the product has changed for a reason caused by the customer.
• The nature or packaging of the product makes it impossible to return it to its original condition.
• The product was made or altered according to personalised specifications requested by the customer.
• Another legal exception to the right of return applies.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under Egyptian law.

Order Cancellations

To request an order cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to cancel the order before it is prepared or handed to the delivery provider.

If the order has already been dispatched, it may need to be processed as a return after delivery.
