Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact us at audaciouseg@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Since most orders are paid via Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer, as arranged with our support team. Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable time after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that are used, washed, or missing their original tags cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
